They mentioned that it was a terrible grill, the flame shields did not fit well and kept falling off their brackets.
They also mentioned that flame started shooting out around one of the adjustment knobs and melted the plastic.
They claim that you get what you pay for and that you should only buy this grill if you want one lasts a single summer, they also mentioned that the customer service was not helpful in replacing the defective parts.
