The first thing was performance, they mentioned that you will find this grill highly adjustable, and it is very easy to control the heat levels for both the upper and lower vent. This means that no matter what you are cooking you will not have any problems and food can either be placed over the coals for high heat or away from them and that will give you gradual indirect cooking. This might sound advanced but when you get used to the grill or if you are going to try out a few different recipes you will find this versatility very welcome.
The next thing they mentioned was the versatility as the grill will give you an airtight grill with both vents closed, so this can be used very effective indirect heat smoker. You are also able to control the location of the Charcoal more precisely then piling it up onto one side, if you want to be able to do this you will have to pick up some charcoal rails and you will find these work with the grill and you can pick them up at Amazon.com.
This review also mentioned that they find the rails to be superior to the baskets since they will give you more air and provide better positional flexibility.

You will find that this is ultra-durable, it also gives you a porcelain enamelled lid and it will be able to retain heat very well while the dampers easily adjust for precise temperature control. We had a look at this above during one of the reviews so if you want something that is very easy to use and gives you ultimate control then this is definitely one to have a look at.
This will be able to hold up to 13 burgers, so although it is very small in size compared to a very large grill it does carry quite a lot cooking power and as long as you are using a burger press which is made by Weber, you will be able to cook up to 13 burgers.
It will also give you a One-Touch cleaning system that will provide hassle free cleaning and it means that you will be able to simply and quickly clean the ash, the reason for this is because it will give you a removable aluminium ash catcher, this doesn’t sound like a huge feature but when it is able to minimise the amount of time that you spend on clean-up it is a fantastic feature.

Interestingly in the feature list it says that it will not rust or peel, however one of the one-star reviews mentioned that delete did indeed peel, we do not think that you will have a problem with this, but it is just something to bear in mind. The one-star reviews were very far and few between so you should be absolutely fine using this.
